Birch's On The Lake, Long Lake
Just last month, I had the opportunity of photographing the newly opened Birch's On The Lake, in Long Lake. Birch's hired me to photograph their new menu items and do some interior shots. This place is fantastic! The view of Long Lake is stunning, especially as the sky turns from pink to dark blue during sunset. I'm excited to start eating here and meeting friends at the downstairs brewery. I got to sample some food as we were were shooting- the fish n' chips, walleye wild-rice cakes, and low country seafood boil are all outstanding (the first three photos below). Obviously, I love seafood. There are tons of great options for everyone here and the prices are very moderate for the high quality and service.
